Does anyone know a good shampoo conditioner for hair with oily roots, dry ends?

Well, the trick to when washing your hair is to only shampoo the roots ( the ends will get washed as it is being rinsed out), and only to condition the ends.

The roots of your hair have sufficient nutrients from natural oils.

If the oiliness is a big problem, then try to get a shampoo that is deep cleansing, or specifically for over productive sebaceous glands. Don't shampoo your hair every day, over shampooing at times can over stimulate and cause hair to be oilier, and in turn be drying the ends of your hair more.

Avoid two in one shampoo/ conditioners, they are terrible.

Some of my favourites are: Rusk, Kerastase, Redken, Goldwell.

If you head to your local hair salon, they will be able to do introduce a prescriptive hair care regime. As I don't know where you live I cant say what products are available to you.Does anyone know a good shampoo conditioner for hair with oily roots, dry ends?

The Body Shop has a shampoo and conditioner called Nettle Oil Balance. This shampoo is for hair that is oily and dry. If you have The Body Shop near your home, you can go there and ask them for a sample to try at home and if you like it you can go back and buy it.

Whatever you do, I wouldn't recommend ';Head'n'Shoulders'; try this. Buy an avocado at any store. Wash your head first with soap and water, then put the avocado on your head, if you use a spoon it makes it easier. then use the avocado as if it is shampoo. Give it a minute on your head and wash it off. Don't steal my secret !! :)
Biolage is an awsome shampoo.
it's not necessarily the shampoo that is making your hair that way. it's probably the way you shampoo it that isn't working properly.

you need to get your hair completely and totally wet before applying shampoo to palms of hands , then to hair.

never rub your hairs together (scrub between the hands).

scrub your scalp and finger comb the ends. make sure to get the hairline well. (most young girls don't get this area clean)

towel dry before conditioner.

this is the most important step (towel drying) because this will make the ends more manageable.

try it before spending money on anything.

use what you have first.
sunsilk or garnier
