so I use Selsun Blue, it works better for me.
Its best to go to the doctors (if you are in canada cause its free) because some danduff you got to get a perscripition for. If you are in the usa try head and shoulders. Hope this helps!

The only thing that has ever worked for me is ';V05'; ';herbal escapes'; ';free me freesia with aloe extract'; It's cheap and only this scent works, probably because it's the only sent that claims moisturizing. And I don't use conditioner, it is bad for my hair.
head and shoulders is good but you can make your own by buying a bottle of clarifying shampoo and adding 1 ounce of tea tree oil to every 16 ounces of shampoo.
You need to use a cocktail of medicines to effectively combat dandruff and an itchy scalp. First use a shampoo with either pyrithone zinc (like head and shoulders or a generic pharmacy brand) or ketoconazole (Nizoral). These will help combat the underlying problem, that is your scalp over producing skin cells. Then, you can use a shampoo with selenium sulfide (Selsun or H %26amp;S intensive treatment) which may combat both. Rotate the 3 and you will be good to go. You can use pretty much the conditioner of your choice as dandruff is a scalp condition and the conditioner is for the hair.
