nuetragina or pantene and before u swim i would use leave in conditioner
try something with a good PH balance like nutragena products
i got this amazing shampoo that u leave in for 30 mins and when u wash it out u can totally see the difference. its called metalex
i use tea tree shampoo it works really well with me!!
