No, of course not. No shampoo can promise you lots of volume! And if you listen carefully, they don't say that. They can't. It's illegal. But they can say things that make YOU put words into theirs, and then you believe it will make volume.
Hair that is clean will have volume. You are leaving a film on the hair, which makes it heavy and limp. You need to use a good plain simple shampoo that cleans your hair, and nothing else. Infusium is not what you need at this point.
If your hair is too long, it is going to be limp and flat. Something shorter will have some lift and bounce. How much depends on how soft it is.
You should be setting your hair on rollers for lift. Large rollers will work best. Use some styling aids (mousse, setting lotions) to give some added bulk and stiffness. You can use hot rollers too, but they don't work quite as well.
