They shampoo twice and then put in a conditioner x

I always thought the did the massage thing with conditioner. Maybe you got two coats of conditioner?
Sometimes they do two shampoos and then condition, but sometimes they do shampoo, conditioner then like a hair mask type thing i think, for when they do the massage. Well thats what i always assumed :)
I would presume it's volumiser %26amp; leave in conditioner,it could also be hair serum, if it was put on wet then it's probably just a scalp massage lotion, why don't you ask them?
