My hair stylist said you shouldn't change it too often, but make sure you use a shampoo and conditioner that suits your hair type, eg. if you have fine flat hair use a volumizing shampoo and if you've recently colored your hair you could use an extra moisturizing conditioner.Should you stick to the same shampoo and conditioner or should you change every now and then?
