It depends: for cheap: i would say Head And Shoulders for Dandruff
For just good quality i would say Dove (and cheap)What is the best shampoo and conditioner you can buy? cheap and expensive?
Head and Shoulders has a dandruff shampoo/conditioner that comes in a ton of different scents, and isn't just for dandruff anymore. Just general hair washing. That's the cheap one. (: You can buy it at drug stores for about $3 a bottle.
Biolage shampoos and conditioners are the best you can buy. They're $20 a bottle, but work amazingly. You can buy them at salons. Trust me, Biolage makes your hair so silky smooth! What is the best shampoo and conditioner you can buy? cheap and expensive?
I can honestly give you the truth and say Pantene Pro-v i mean this is coming from a girl with unbelievably thick curly and frizzy hair and it at least keeps it manageable and very soft plus i hear the shampoo and conditioner carry vitamins to keep the hair strong and healthy.... but with all honesty i love it!! (:
Btw its cheap two!!
